Good results
Extremely high yield (up to 65 litres when released freely, up to 85 running metres when foamed into joints 2.5 cm in diameter)
Can empties completely
- Less product waste
- Noticeable time and money savings
PU foam can be used all year round
- Can also be used in winter
- No problems with ambient and surface temperatures down to -5°C
High quality PU-foam, building material class B2
- Structurally finer and more homogeneous foam
- Resistant to insects, parasites, mould and fungus
- Extremely resistant to chemicals, heat and ageing
Processable PU foam
- After curing, the PU foam can be plastered, painted over and bonded
- Sound insulation value tested by IFT Rosenheim
- RST value w 59 dB
The foam expands to twice its size after application. After application, all parts of the foam gun covered with PU foam must be cleaned with a special cleaner before the foam hardens on the gun. If the can was not emptied completely, it must not remain attached to the gun for longer than a week. Remove any fresh splashes of foam using the cleaner. Cured foam can be removed with the special cleaner. The product does not adhere to polyethylene, PTFE, silicon, bitumen or surfaces treated with release agents. Does not contain formaldehyde. Although the technical information reflects the tests we have conducted and our experiences, they must all be considered examples only. They should be confirmed by thorough practical tests before any application. They do not relieve the purchaser of the responsibility to first test the suitability of our products for the intended application.
Datasheets(X)
Fills, insulates, seals and bonds. Can be applied to plaster, cement, marble, stone, hard PVC, plastic, metal and wood
The surfaces must be clean and free from dust, grease and oil. The can must be shaken well before use at least 20/30 times. The optimum temperature for processing and can is +20°C. Important: the surfaces must be moistened with water before applying the foam. Each individual layer of foam must be moistened during and after application. When dampened sufficiently, the foam may extend by up to 30%. In this way, complete surface adhesion, full cell expansion and complete hardening at full depth are ensured.
