ETA 24/0627
For fire rated mixed penetration seals of cables, cable bundles and cable trays, combustible and non-combustible pipes in flexible partition walls, massive walls and massive floors.
Detailed information about cable configuration and the sealing thereof can be found in ETA 24/0627 and the Würth installation instructions.
1. The surfaces must be free of grease and dust. Fully moisten the surface and layers beforehand.
2. Corrosion-prone metal pipes must be pre-treated with a primer.
3. If required, create a formwork using the mineral wool board and seal smaller remaining gaps with ACR 240 acrylic.
4. First add pure water, then mortar into the mixing container. Mix thoroughly. Add approx. 2 l mortar to the 1 l of water. When stirring, always add water first and then mortar.
5. Fill/smooth mortar into the opening and fill up to the required depth. Fill all gaps fully.
