The 2-S FR boards are high-density mineral-wool boards with fire-retardant coating on both sides.
FR boards, 2-S: 1200x600x60 mm.
- Fire resistance classes up to EI 240–EI 240 U/U, depending on the installation situation and the material
- The boards are pre-coated for quick and easy installation
- Excellent soundproofing
Gaps and edge joints are to be sealed with ACR 240 fire-retardant acrylic. Other system components are Würth FP strips and FP backfill material.
ETA 21/0078
The structural elements (load-bearing structures, walls and ceilings) must be classified for the required fire resistance duration in accordance with EN 13501-2. The wall and ceiling thickness must be ≥150 mm. Maximum opening size: 2400 (w) x 1200 (h) mm. Maximum pipe/cable occupancy: 60 % of partition size.
Usage for fire-rated partitions must comply with ETA 21/0078 and the relevant assembly instructions.
Combi partitioning of metal and plastic pipes and electrical wires in solid walls and solid ceilings in accordance with ETA-21/0078.
