Use suitable protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles.
For diesel injection nozzles in common rail engines.
Check that the handle and jam nut on the pulling mechanism are securely tightened. Find a suitable adapter, screw onto the pulling mechanism and fix in place with the jam nut. Connect to the appropriate diesel injection nozzle. Insert the impact pin into the pneumatic chipping hammer and tighten. Impact pin incl. Insert the chipping hammer into the appropriate opening on the pulling mechanism. Hold the pneumatic chipping hammer and pulling mechanism with both hands. Do not extract towards the face! Start at the lowest impact level. If necessary, increase the power every five seconds until the injection nozzle can be extracted using impact and vibration. If the injection nozzle will not move, reduce the power again and carefully remove.
