Nodular disc is a flexible fibre-reinforced grinding disc, ideal for machining metals. Its structure allows use without a separate backing pad and it is suitable for many materials such as steel, stainless steel and castings. The disc offers high grinding performance without requiring high pressure and adapts easily to the shape of the workpiece. Good chip removal prevents clogging and enables very cool grinding without material discolouration. In addition, the disc produces little grinding dust and is very quiet in use, making it an efficient and comfortable tool for metalworking.

  • A flexible fibre-reinforced grinding disc for metal

  • Thin, does not require a separate backing pad.

  • For steel, stainless and acid-proof steel, castings, light metals and non-ferrous metals.

  • Very efficient: no need to press the disc hard.

  • Adapts to the surface of the piece being sanded.

  • Does not clog thanks to effective chip removal by the nodules

  • Very cool grinding, no material colour changes.

  • Generates very little grinding dust.

  • Suitable for peripheral grinding (deburring and cut-off grinding)

  • High-quality reinforcement ensures high breaking strength

  • The noise level is 35% (7–8 dB) lower than that of regular discs.
